1.1 Delivery time
We ship all our orders via DHL. During non-peak periods we strive to ship ready to wear orders within 3-5 working days (Benelux & Germany). As we ship globally, this may take up to 14 days for other countries. When we have given your order to DHL, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. Shipping days are Monday till Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be treated as placed on the next regular shipping day.
For our tailor-made clothing we strive to have your items ready within 4-6 weeks. Off course, we will contact you prior to shipment of those items.

Free delivery for orders shipped in the Netherlands.
For other countries we charge:

Additional import duties, customs, clearance fees and the like are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You may need to provide additional information to receive your package in another country.
2.1 Return portal

2.2 Returning period
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the ready to wear item(s) to us within 14 calendar days after arrival for a full refund.
2.3 Returning costs
Free returns apply only for orders delivered within the Netherlands. You will receive a free DHL return label with your order. Please make you do not lose it. If so please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly write down your name & order number.
For orders returning from outside the Netherlands, we do not refund any shipping costs or any related costs to it (e.g. packing or custom duties).
2.4 Refund or exchange
To receive a full refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same new condition you received it from us, including original packing and labels
2.5 Liability returns
Ettemadis cannot accept liability for and are unable to refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
